Lucy and Alan sold my mum and dad's house. They were brilliant. Really friendly and supportive. Always giving updates. The process was long but it was nothing to do with Lucy Alan - just a complicated chain - but they kept my parents up-to-date and involved. Would thoroughly recommend them.
